No, it doesn't make up for the fact that Wade (and Bennett Salvatore) ripped the 2006 NBA championship from the Mavericks, but seeing Dwyane Wade have a mini-tantrum while his Heat were getting outclassed and clowned at home by the Mavericks tonight gave me quite a bit of satisfaction.
After the Heat cut an 18-point deficit to 75-65 with 2:49 to go in the third quarter, on a jumper by the aforementioned Dyava Wade, I'm sure the Heat fans thought their team was going to punk the Mavs yet again. But Dirk and Terry hit jumpers and, while Dallas was in the midst of opening their lead up again, Poor Little Dwyane couldn't take it and promptly bricked a pair of jumpers, got a technical foul and easily could've been called for another one when he kicked the ball away from the Mavs players who were about to inbound it after, you guessed it, a Wade traveling violation. Mavs reeled off the last 5 points of the quarter, silenced the crowd and killed all Heat momentum and ended the quarter leading 85-70.
Drive home safely Heat fans.
Eat a bag of dicks Wade. Not so tough without your boy Salvatore, are you.
By the way, Dirk got to 30 points on 14 shots. That is almost impossible.
